General Provisions

Terms Used

2.1. Website visitor is a person visiting the website with no intent to place an application.

2.2. User is a website visitor who accepts the terms of this Agreement and wants to place an application on the website.

2.3. Customer is a User who placed an application on the website.

2.5. Website is an internet site owned by the Provider and located on the internet at the website address https://casexe.pw, where the services are provided.

2.6. Services are information services rendered by the Provider available for an application on the website.

2.7. Application is a duly completed Customer request for the provision of the service selected on the website.

Protection of Personal Information

3.1. By providing their personal data when submitting the application form on the Website, the Customer grants the Service Provider their consent to the processing and use of their personal data, in the manner and for the purposes specified in this Agreement and in the Privacy Notice, in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

3.2. The Provider uses the Customer's personal information for:

• completion of a Customer's application on the website;
• customer feedback.

3.3. The personal information required by the Provider:

• Customer's telephone number;
• Customer’s e-mail address.

3.4. The Provider shall not disclose the information received from a Customer. Information disclosure shall not be deemed a breach of the obligations if the duty of such disclosure is established by the requirements of the current legislation of the UK.

Final Provisions

4.1. The Provider reserves the right to make unilateral changes to these rules. The changes to these rules take effect after being posted on the website.
